HV Engineers has access to a large range of manual and CNC mills, lathes and grinders that enable us to supply small intricate components but also repair large mining equipment such as feeder breaker shafts. Whether the material is a high strength steel, aluminium, stainless steel, or plastic,  we are able to convert the raw material into the useful parts required.

HV Engineers supply products that can be made on CNC machines with  machine code that is generated directly from our drawing and modelling software. Therefore the chances of mistakes due to operator input is significantly reduced. This process of using cad models also  allows us to make single one off components or large batch runs efficiently.

The Quality control team measures items from batches before they are dispatched and rejects items that do not meet our quality standards. Items that are found to be out of tolerance or do not have the correct surface finish are either reworked or scrapped.

HV Engineers’ QA team use measuring tools including micrometres, surface finish gauges, hardness testers specially made “go and no go” gauges for large batch runs.  Material certificates can be supplied with an order upon request.
