HISTORY

HV Engineers was established by a group of like-minded engineers in order to provide technical expertise to the coal mining industry. Our engineers have a diverse range of backgrounds and experience that combine to provide industry best practice solutions to maximise your plant and equipment’s availability and minimise life cycle cost. From feasibility through to design, construction and commissioning we can provide specialist engineering to suit your requirements.

Our engineering experience also includes servicing industries such as rail maintenance, materials handling, hard rock metals, Lifting equipment and water treatment plants, just to name a few.

QUALITY CONTROL

Our engineers are degree qualified with many years of experience servicing a large range of industries. They are proficient in the latest CAD and finite element analysis packages. Our engineers oversee the manufacturing process to ensure what has been designed is what leaves our premises as a finished product.

We  also make prototypes to test and refine the products before they go into mass production.

COMPUTER CONTROLLED MANUFACTURING

HV Engineers products are made on machinery that is computer controlled so that repeatability and quality is always paramount.

Machinery utilised includes CNC Mills, Lathes, Welding rotators and welding robots.

Machine code can be generated directly from our drawing programs which means that what is designed by our engineers is what is manufactured. This reduces programming time and operator error which translates to huge cost savings that are then passed onto our customer.

Our operation is based in Newcastle which is the hub of mining activity in NSW.
